EUROPEAN PRIVATE EDUCATION QUALITY ACCREDITATION
Competency framework
Bachelor’s-Level requires systematic subject knowledge, competent use of established methods, analysis of defined professional problems and independent project work. Master’s-Level requires advanced knowledge, integration of methods, independent judgement on complex problems and critical evaluation of uncertainty. Both include subject foundations, professional practice, enquiry methods, ethics, an individual integrative project and oral defence. Each competency block must state observable outcomes, tasks, evidence and pass criteria. All mandatory blocks and essential competencies must be passed; averages cannot compensate for an essential failure. Two assessors review the final project, including one who is not the principal supervisor. Prior learning must be assessed, not inferred from years of experience. Delivery mode and duration do not determine level. These private certificates do not confer degrees or official RNCP/EQF recognition.
